據美國農業部消息，4月27日美國農業部食品安全檢驗署（FSIS）發布23-17通告，決定自2017年5月29日開始試點微生物耐藥性殘留抽樣計劃。該計劃是對“國家微生物耐藥性監控計劃”的補充。
該抽樣計劃為公共衛生獸醫（PHVs）、消費者安全檢查員（CSIs）等監管人員（IPP）在屠宰場抽取組織樣本進行殘留檢測提供指南，同時也為公共衛生獸醫提取盲腸樣本進行耐藥性檢測提供指南。
美國“國家預防耐藥菌行動方案”（CARB）和“農業部微生物耐藥性（AMR）行動方案”為本次計劃的實施提供支持。

This notice provides instructions to inspection program personnel （IPP）， including Public Health
Veterinarians （PHVs） and Consumer Safety Inspectors （CSIs）， at slaughter establishments for collecting
tissue samples for residue testing and to PHVs for collecting cecal samples for antimicrobial resistance
testing under the FSIS Pilot for Residue Sampling to Complement the National Antimicrobial Resistance
Monitoring System （NARMS） Program. For the purpose of this notice, the term “PHV” refers to both PHVs
and Supervisory Public Health Veterinarians.
