產品特點： 本類產品由大豆中提取，經羥基化改性得到，可作為乳化劑、增稠劑使用。可自然降解。 磷脂不易溶于水和丙酮，易吸水膨脹為膠體，易溶于乙醚、苯、三氯甲烷等溶劑中，磷脂酰膽堿在熱水或偏堿的條件下，具有較強的水包油（O/W）的乳化性，磷脂酰乙醇胺具有較強的油包水（W/O）乳化性。 本類產品適用于飼料、皮革、炸藥等行業

特別性： 本品中含有至少35%的大豆油，作為能量飼料原料使用時，可以完全替代所使用的其它油脂。M型大豆磷脂經過改性后，其親水性能有了較大提高，在生物體能消化分解時可以增加油脂于消化液的接觸面積，從而提高整體油脂的消化吸收率。大豆磷脂中含磷量為2%，此部分磷元素為磷脂的結構部分。配方設計時可參考。
包裝規格：本品采用200L 翻新鐵桶包裝，凈重200kg 或20L 塑料桶，凈重20kg。
貯存方法：密閉、避光、防潮包裝、置于陰涼、干燥處保存
