據美國聯邦公報消息，12月30日美國食品藥品管理局（FDA）發布通告，延長餐館和食品零售店菜單中營養標簽的強制標注日期。
據了解，2014年12月1日美國FDA通過聯邦公報發布餐館和食品零售店菜單營養標簽終期條例，規定了餐館和食品零售店的菜單需要標注營養標簽等信息，條例執行日期為2015年12月1日。
由于考慮到受此法規影響的企業較廣，2015年7月10日美國FDA將條例的執行日期修改為2016年12月1日。然而美國FDA本次從經濟等眾多因素考慮，將此法規強制執行日期延遲到2017年5月5日。
