歐盟批準農藥活性物質萜類混合物QRD 460

                 據歐盟網站消息，7月21日歐盟委員會發(fā)布法規(guī)（EU）2015/1192，批準活性物質萜類混合物QRD 460（Terpenoid blend QRD 460），修訂歐盟法規(guī)（EU）No 540/2011附件內容。

使用該物質時，應注意對地表水、地下水、蜜蜂、非靶標節(jié)肢動物以及操作人員構成的風險。本法規(guī)自公布二十日起生效。

    THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

    Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 13（2） thereof.
