原文報道：The Agency is alerting people to A G Barr's withdrawal of Simply Fruity and Simply Aqua flavoured water drinks because of reports of a problem with the bottle cap.
The affected product is:
Simply Aqua and Simply Fruity: 330ml bottle with pull push sports cap
12x330ml multi pack and single bottle 330ml
Best before end: Dec 2009 and Best before end: Jan 2010
All three complaints have related to young children who have chewed the cap, which has led to the cap coming off the bottle and causing a choking hazard.
Lidl and Dunnes stores sell most of these drinks and are already withdrawing the product. The contents of the bottle is safe to drink but parents are advised to supervise children if they give them the bottle.
