適用范圍：
廣泛適用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工行業(yè)如：豆沙餡、蓮蓉餡、魚肉餡、水果餡、冬瓜餡、水果醬料、奶酪、醬油、白酒、礦泉水、藥液等以及非食品洗滌劑、潤(rùn)滑脂等流體、半流體的自動(dòng)定量包裝。該包裝機(jī)可以包裝50克至10公斤范圍物料，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為5公斤包裝。配合不同的物料輸送泵，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)物體在高溫狀態(tài)下的自動(dòng)定量充填包裝，能有效的提高生產(chǎn)效率，避免因細(xì)菌入侵而造成的二次污染。也可配套我司冷卻式輸送水槽、整形吹干機(jī)、輸送帶等流水線設(shè)備進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)，從而提高整體生產(chǎn)效率。 Application It is widely used in filling & packing of sweetened bean paste, lotus paste , fruit jam, Chinese watermelon jam, cheese, soy sauce, mineral water, herb tea, salad, lotion, and some other materials in liquid or semi liquid form. The range of the machine packing weight is from 50 G to 10 KG.
Equipped with different inputting pumps, the machine could automatically fill and pack the products in high temperature that will improve the productivity, decrease the cost, and avoid the second packing pollution.
