據歐盟官方公報消息，6月21日歐盟委員會發布 （EU） 2017/1091條例，修訂（EU） No 609/2013條例中有關谷物食品、嬰幼兒食品及特殊醫學用途食品中的鈣源、鐵源列表。
新增磷酸寡糖鈣（calcium phosphoryl oligosaccharides）作為食品、食品補充劑、特殊醫學用途食品的鈣質來源。
新條例自發布之日起第二十天后生效。
