據歐盟網站消息,7月16日歐盟公報發布 2014/463/EU號委員會實施決定,批準微藻裂殖壺菌(Schizochytrium sp.)油脂作為新型食品配料投放市場,并廢止 2003/427/EC和 2009/778/EC號決定。附錄 I列出了該新型食品配料的規格,附錄II制定了使用范圍及最大用量。
裂殖壺菌(Schizochytrium)又稱裂壺藻,屬于真菌門(Eumycota)、網粘菌綱、破囊壺菌目、破囊壺菌科的一類海洋真菌,單細胞、球形。 裂殖壺菌(Schizochytrium)是一類類藻的海洋真菌,富含DHA。

Article 1
Oil from the micro-algae Schizochytrium sp. as specified in Annex I may be placed on the market in the Union as a novel food ingredient for the uses defined and at the maximum levels established in the Annex II without prejudice to the provisions of Directive 2002/46/EC, Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006, Directive 2009/39/EC and Directive 96/8/EC.
Article 2
The designation of oil from the micro-algae Schizochytrium sp. authorised by this Decision on the labelling of the foodstuffs containing it shall be 'oil from the micro-algae Schizochytrium sp.‘。
