據歐盟網站消息，6月27日歐盟發布2013/327/EU號委員會實施決定，依據 （EC） No 1829/2003號條例批準含有轉基因油菜Ms8、Rf3和Ms8 × Rf3的食品，或由這些轉基因油菜生產的食品或飼料在市場上銷售。
本決定自通告之日起10年內有效。
