　　波蘭國(guó)際食品展由波蘭最大的展會(huì)主辦方波茲南國(guó)際展覽有限公司主辦，受到了波蘭農(nóng)業(yè)部的大力支持，是中東歐地區(qū)規(guī)模最大、最重要的專業(yè)展會(huì)。該展會(huì)與波蘭食品加工技術(shù)展，波蘭包裝展同期舉辦，包攬了波茲南展覽中心所有的展館，是波茲南展覽集團(tuán)三大展覽之一，故每年的參展商之多以至于能夠求得一個(gè)展位也絕非易事。

　　2012年的波茲南國(guó)際食品展展出面積達(dá)8000㎡,而與波蘭食品加工技術(shù)展與食品包裝展的總展出面積達(dá)30000㎡，分布在13個(gè)展館，吸引了來(lái)自?shī)W地利，比利時(shí)，白俄羅斯，保加利亞，中國(guó)，克羅地亞，捷克，丹麥，芬蘭，法國(guó)，德國(guó)，英國(guó)，意大利，荷蘭，俄羅斯，西班牙，瑞典，臺(tái)灣和美國(guó)等31個(gè)國(guó)家的1300家參展企業(yè)和來(lái)自48個(gè)國(guó)家的45000名參觀觀眾。
