五、性狀：無色透明棱柱體或小針狀體，或粒狀結晶性粉末，無臭，相對密度1.957，熔點100℃，易溶于水，水溶液對石蕊呈酸性。微溶于乙醇和甘油。一水合物于溫度超過238℃時失水。七水合物于室溫干燥空氣中逐漸風化。
六、用途：營養增補劑（鋅強化劑）。加工助劑。可用于乳制品，嬰幼兒食品，飲液及乳飲料，谷類及其制品，食鹽，軟飲料，可可粉及其他口味營養型固體飲料，孕產婦配方奶粉。
七、包裝：內襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復合塑料編織袋，每袋凈重25kg。
八、貯存與運輸：本品應貯存在干燥通風清潔的庫房中，裝載運輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: It is colorless transparent prism or spicule or granular crystalline powder, odorless. Relative density is 1.957. Melting point is 100℃. It’s easily soluble in water and aqueous solution is acidic to litmus. It’s slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerin. The mo
nohydrate loses water at temperatures above 238℃; heptahydrate effloresces in dry air at room temperature.

nal supplement(zinc fortifier) and processing aid. It’s used in milk product, infant food, liquid and milk drinks, grain and its’ products, table salt, soft drinks, maternal formula and coco powder and other flavor nutritio
nal solid drinks.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
