據(jù)美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)部消息，近日美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)部發(fā)布了《禽類(lèi)處理報(bào)告要求》通告，更新了FSIS 61-16 通告《禽類(lèi)處理報(bào)告》的內(nèi)容。
本次更新位于公共衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)（PHIS）家禽分類(lèi)信息頁(yè)面和家禽報(bào)廢證明FSIS 9061-2。家禽分類(lèi)信息頁(yè)面增加了宰殺加工前死亡（重量）等欄目。

This notice updates instructions previously issued in FSIS Notice 61-16, Poultry Disposition Reporting. The notice announced updates to the poultry animal disposition reporting （ADR） function in the Public Health Information System （PHIS）。 The changes are on the Poultry Class Information page and the Poultry Condemnation Certificate, FSIS Form 9061-2.
The PHIS updates included adding Dead on Arrival （Weight） （DOA） and Ante-mortem condemned not including DOAs （Weight） fields in the Poultry Reporting function. The establishment provides the weight of birds arriving dead on FSIS Form 6510-7, Poultry Lot Information. Inspection program personnel （IPP） are to enter the weight of the birds FSIS condemns on ante-mortem inspection in the Ante-mortem condemned not including DOAs （Weight） field. For purposes of historical data analysis the field Ante-mortem condemned including DOAs （Weight） remains on the page and is disabled.
