據歐盟網站消息，8月15日歐盟委員會發布（EU）2017/1473號條例，修訂（EC）No 1235/2008號條例中關于從第三國進口有機產品的內容。
根據本次修訂的條例，國際有機農業運動聯盟（IFOAM）認可機構IOAS決定暫停玻利維亞Bolicert Ltd的認證資格，因此將（EC） No 1235/2008號條例附件IV中刪除Bolicert Ltd。新條例自發布后第三日起生效。

amending Regulation （EC） No 1235/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation （EC） No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,
Having regard to Council Regulation （EC） No 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation （EEC） No 2092/91 （1）， and in particular Article 33（3） and Article 38（d） thereof
Article 1
In Annex IV to Regulation （EC） No 1235/2008, the entry relating to the 'Bolicert Ltd' is deleted.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European unio.
