按照新要求，進口商可以采用一種附加方式，來證明奶酪中的李斯特菌不會增殖，即證明在貨架期內(nèi)李斯特菌的數(shù)量不會超過0.5 log cfu/g 。涉及的奶酪不包括新西蘭進口奶酪或者生奶酪。

These updates are to:
clarify that importers have an additional option for demonstrating cheese is a kind of cheese in which growth of Listeria monocytogenes will not occur; and
remove the department's transitional advice about answering the CP question, as this advice is no longer necessary.
