據歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，1月26日歐盟食品安全局發布2016年細菌耐藥性報告與人畜共患病報告手冊。
在歐盟2003/99/EC指令與2013/652/EU2016實施決定的框架下，細菌耐藥性報告為匯報產肉動物與食品的細菌耐藥性提供指導，有助實現成員國匯報細菌耐藥性的統一與協調，確保數據的相關性，令數據分析更為容易。該手冊主要適用于沙門氏菌、彎曲桿菌和空腸彎曲桿菌，以及應報告的動物種群、食物類別。人畜共患病手冊涵蓋了歐盟食品安全局現有數據收集系統中所有人畜共患病以及病原。

This manual provides guidance for reporting antimicrobial resistance under the framework of Directive 2003/99/EC and Implementing Commission Decision 2013/652/EU in food-producing animals and foodstuffs derived thereof.
