    原文報道:According to Article 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Belgium, herewith referred as evaluating Member State (EMS), has compiled an application to modify the existing MRLs for the active substance acetamiprid in land cress (Barbarea verna) and red mustard. In order to accommodate for the intended uses of acetamiprid, it is proposed to raise the existing MRLs for land cress and red mustard from 0.01 mg/kg (set at the limit of quantification) to 3 mg/kg. Belgium drafted an evaluation report according to Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 which was submitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 2 February 2010.
