歐盟食品安全局評估孔雀石綠用于水產(chǎn)品的安全性

　　   據(jù)歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，近日歐盟食品安全局分別就孔雀石綠用于食品的安全性進(jìn)行了評估。

　　7月27日歐盟食品安全局評估了孔雀石綠（MG）用于水產(chǎn)品中的安全性問題。研究了魚、甲殼類水產(chǎn)品中孔雀石綠與其主要代謝物隱色孔雀綠（LMG）的限量問題。經(jīng)過評估，歐盟食品安全局得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為，孔雀石綠與其主要代謝物隱色孔雀綠（LMG）在水產(chǎn)品限量2μg/kg不存在健康問題。

　　Malachite green （MG） has been used globally in aquaculture but is not registered for use in food-producing animals in the European unio. The European Commission requested EFSA to evaluate whether a reference point for action （RPA） of 2 μg/kg for the sum of MG and its major metabolite leucomalachite green （LMG） is adequate to protect public health. Available occurrence data were not suitable for a reliable exposure assessment.
