歐盟成員國法國與捷克分別收到拜耳作物公司審查咪唑菌酮殘留限量的申請，兩國對咪唑菌酮進行了風險評估。之后歐盟食品安全局審查了兩國的評估報告。在將咪唑菌酮作為土豆與番茄殺菌劑的基礎之上，歐盟食品安全局得出風險評估結論，列出了缺失的數據信息。

The conclusions of the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） following the peer review of the initial risk assessments carried out by the competent authorities of the rapporteur Member State the Czech Republic and co-rapporteur Member State France for the pesticide active substance fenamidone and the assessment of applications for maximum residue levels （MRLs） are reported. The context of the peer review was that required by Commission Implementing Regulation （EU） No 844/2012. The conclusions were reached on the basis of the evaluation of the representative uses of fenamidone as a fungicide on potatoes and tomatoes. The reliable end points, appropriate for use in regulatory risk assessment, are presented. Missing information identified as being required by the regulatory framework is listed. Concerns are identified.
