據(jù)美國(guó)聯(lián)邦公報(bào)消息，2024年8月29日，美國(guó)環(huán)保署發(fā)布2024-19456號(hào)條例，豁免乳酸和L-乳酸的殘留限量。
據(jù)條例，當(dāng)L-乳酸作為水果和蔬菜洗滌劑，用于所有未加工的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中時(shí)，豁免其殘留限量。
此規(guī)定自2024年8月29日起生效，反對(duì)或聽(tīng)證請(qǐng)求需在2024年10月28日前提交申請(qǐng)。
