2013年10月11日，臺灣地區"衛生福利部"發布部授食字第1021350656號公告，輸出入貨品分類號列 1905.90.10.00-3"盛裝藥物用的空囊"等6項稅則號列項下的輸入產品，如供食品用途者，應依照"輸入食品及相關產品查驗辦法"規定，向該部食品藥物管理署申請辦理輸入查驗。6項產品如下：
