Ohio-based Ganeden Biotech has received approval from the Venezuelan Popular Power Ministry of Health for Food Applications for its GanedenBC30 （Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086） ingredient.
The approval, said to be the first Bacillus coagulans approval in the South American country, opens up the Venezuelan market, and the company has signed an exclusive distribution partnership with Biotecnologia 3000 C.A.
